Linda Beadle - You could surely use the trampoline also... see how you do. My point in previous mentions of it -is that it's not a miracle fitness tool like many have been led to believe.

Good plan... you may also want to add some wrist supports during training - such as these: https://amzn.to/3FC0FSO

Hi Fran Arensberg  - you'll want to make use of all those sessions you haven't used yet - or most of them anyway... as any new ones wouldn't be appropriate for you as you'll want to build you foundation on all the programs, variations and progressions that already exist in Total-Access - that will get you to make incredible progress - BUT, you must get consistent and be committed to your progress.

1 - The only other cardio I'd suggest while it heals is if you have a cardio machine that doesn't "require" arm use.

2 - there are some bodyweight arm exercises for triceps - basically the close grips push ups (such as the ones in Tightly-Toned Arms from Naked Beauty) or close grip push-offs

3 - for the core/abs - go through the Flat-Sexy Stomach session in Naked Beauty and see which of those you can do - and focus on those until the wrist is cleared for use again.

Perfect, Steve! Aim to make this a regular session in your weekly fitness training (and/or try some of the other stretch/mobility sessions) and you'll feel even more benefits and improvements as times progresses... Keep me posted!!

Robyn Broadbent Got it!! I would try the morning fast and see how you do. Just be sure to hydrate during the fasting time... water, tea/green tea, coffee... all ok :-)
