Mary Giovinco - for cardio 3-4 times a week for about 2-25 minutes should be fine for you... it doesn't sound like you have excess weight to lose(?)...

Are the sleep, night sweats and other problems all noticeably improved from the HRT and prog.?

Mary Giovinco - You're so welcome! ... if you're getting lower-body in 2-3 times per week - which you should be if following the 6-Day Schedule - then you're good.

What required you to go on HRT and progesterone? What findings/tests/'diagnosis'? And what type of doctor?

Yolanda Kennerly - I think you mean one set/one time through the session (a rep is a single movement/"repetition")... So - yes, go through the routine TWICE now :-) and adding the other bonus sessions the other days will accelerate things PLUS give you other benefits ... Keep me posted!

Yolanda Kennerly- thanks! yes that helps...

On the days you do Naked-Beauty - how many times do you go through the training session? 1x? 2x? etc..

And - on the other days - are you able to add the other bonus sessions for your other body zones?

Welcome, Mary Giovinco !

2 weeks is a great start.. Patience is the key - and time will tell when you see results... as the lean tissue beneath the skin builds, firm and takes shape - you will see the changes on the outside showing. But again - PATIENCE and consistency is the key. **What Sample Schedule are you currently following?

Hi Yolanda Kennerly ! and welcome to Total-Access :-)  Tell me some more about yourself, please:Have you been doing any type of fitness training before joining Total-Access?

Do you have any medical issues, joint problems, etc?

What's your height and weight?

And when you use the word "cellulite" what exactly do you mean? How would you describe your "cellulite" issues?

Thanks! :-)

Hi Linda - the key for you is to get back into the steady routine again, as soon as this wrist thing heals up and you can... That being said - for the time being keep doing what you can do in terms of the modifications and then you'll want to aim to get steady with the 6-Day Sample Schedule (**YES you can add in some of those other lower-body single exercises that you've seen others mentioning) and then you'll aim to progress to the 8-Day and then the 9-Day... All of these include enough lower-body days and sessions to bring the desired results you are aiming for. Patience and progression via consistency is the key. :-) And your idea about when you eat your meals is worth trying and seeing how you do. Keep me posted!

Be sure to add it to your favorites! :-)
