Hi Joey

I just got an email on a spring special but I am a total access member now and wasn’t sure if I had to do anything to sign up for this?

This was the headline:

And today is 5/2/26. The only link was to sign up for total access. Did I miss something where in already a member?

Joey I have bone on bone in both knees so even though I can do a squat I ache for days afterwards. Do you have some leg exercises that will challenge my leg muscles and strengthen knees without the action of a full squat ?

I just joined and my goal is to gain muscle.I am not new to exercise but need help with how often and how long should you exercise. I am also wanting to gain a few pounds. I eat very clean, drink plenty of water but need some direction. Is this something you can help me  with?

Hi Joey, I love love love your “goodbye saggy old shoulders” session. Super effective and I’m loving my shoulders and arms thanks to you!!! Those are now ripped!! 💪💪

I have a challenge for you though. As effective as the shoulders exercises are, how do you train to create sexy knees? My knees look like a 90 year old, saggy, bulky, kind of creeped up on me overnight. It’s embarrassing to wear shorts. I have high hopes you can help this 55 year young me 🤭 because your exercises are 10 out of 10 for me every time. Just SPOT ON! Much much love and hugs to you! Shirls 💕

Joey all the Drs that have podcast that encourage older women to lift heavy sight that the brain benefits of weight training are only achieved if going heavy. I know that aesthetics can still be achieved with light weights but are we missing out on other benefits that come with heavier weights. I feel the info out there is just so confusing.

Joey. What is your advice or how should I approach training if I can just do 30 min of weight training 5 days a week. I have major time constraints and feel I get overwhelmed trying to figure out where or how to focus on different areas of the body to strength train and then just do nothing. I know it is progress over perfection! I’m already pretty strong and want a challenge but can I get that in 30 min sessions?
