Hi Joey! 

I joined recently because of a video of yours I saw on Youtube, but since I've joined I haven't started yet...I feel a bit lost in here. I am in my fourties, my main problem is lack of exercise and cellulite (although I was almost a dancer in the past). Can you please indicate me which video programs should I do, how many times a week and for how long? Thank you in advance.

I just completed the lower body Makeover Day 1, standing & floor.  It was great! The single leg bridge is insane! 💪 I really enjoyed the sequence and pace of exercise!

Hi Joey,

I have done ulbthm only three times last week and today while sitting I suddenly paid attention to my thighs, they are so toned! I wanna continue doing it three times a week. If I do total body tone up plus cardio three days and ulbthm three days will that be a good workout?

I am confused because I am not sure, if my upper body will be addressed properly then.

I am also loving the midriff makeover part 1 only for now, once a week, would be good?

Hello Joey, I recently just signed up again.… I was going to the gym and really enjoyed it however I have injured my rotator cuff.… I’m finding it hard to navigate in here and decide what I should be doing. Not good at putting a workout plan together. I will definitely want to get some definition… I need a program to follow. Otherwise I just lose motivation…. I only have dumbbells , so I need exercises using dumbbells. Also commenting on the recipes that you have in here is there no meat no protein?…

Joey, I am newly signed up for your Total Access package. I signed up for the non-gym membership, but I have a TONAL home gym which I am hoping to incorporate into some of the gym based weight exercises. Do you have others who do this as it is a fairly safe method of lifting weights? I have some dumbbells and bands as well. 

I am a female turning 60 next month, have always been very athletic and fit until a change in job over the last 3 years with MUCH more time constraints and responsibility. Now, I am very out of shape and have lost a fair amount of muscle tone. I need to get my mind right, get a schedle in place, and prioritize my own health as it has started to suffer. I want this to be my 60th birthday present to myself.

I have always started programs at least at the Intermediate level, but now feel like it probably is best to start at the beginning. I need some help with organization, best places to start, putting a calendar together, etc.

I have just joined Total access and have downloaded the total access app.  Is there a trick to finding all of the workouts?  I would like a little tutorial if possible.  I feel like I am all over the place searching.

Hi there,

I am new. I just found you on YouTube a few days ago. I have a gym membership and routine that I follow. I have lost over 40 pounds over the course of 6 months. Regarding weight I am very pleased. I have gained muscle and look toned on my arms and core but my butt suffered the consequences. I used to have a nice butt and now it is very flabby and pancake like. I am 40 years old. Any recommendations on what glute exercises to incorporate?

Hi Joey.  I am new to Total Access.  I joined because of your YT vids on cellulite.  Now that I am here I am unsure what program to do to address cellulite.  I have done the first 3 of the 5day beginner sample playlist but I don't think that is correct.  Is it the Naked Beauty/Symulast program I would follow to get the results you are talking about on YT to address cellulite?  I am 54 5'10" and have about 10-15 lbs I have gained recently.  My body has gotten very soft in the past year and the cellulite has increased a lot.  So I am not sure what programs or sequence of videos of total access I would follow.  Thanks for having sleuthed, researched and worked so patiently with people for so many years to have figured this out!  Haven't seen any other real solutions to cellulite out there.  And I have looked extensively.
