I just logged onto the website for the first time and watched the first video, some exercises on the mat and some standing and also on the step stool.  You mentioned in the video about PDFs.  How do I find the PDFs?

Hi Joey, 

Does the NB program help with lipodema. I think this is what I have - I am bigger on the bottom half, loose skin all over thighs cellulite, dimples and ridges I’m 45, 59 kg, 5’4’’. Really want to reduce all these things a lot!

Strong-Spring / Summer-Body coaching.

Unfortunately I had a mayor surgery 6 mos back & doc has yet to release me however I’m only on a light exercise per his order.

I’m eagerly interested in signing up for your 3 month cool loving, positive uplifting inspired program.

By chance will you have this again in the future or would you recommend that I still jump on (if there’s any seats left) ?

Good Morning!
Up early today and after coffee Had a great core and arm workout/stretch for 45 minutes. Going to wait for it to warm up to go for a 3 mile walk. For Breakfast had a 1 egg and cheese omelet and 2 organic chicken sausages and some kimchi. Will have some organic oatmeal and my first half of a scoop of Elixir-Mixer for a snack.
