Ok I worked on the 6 day schedule you gave me last night.  I took before pictures too.  Do I only do the number of reps you do?  When I got in shape before I would do three sets of 12 of everything or to failure.  I know I have so many questions, I just want to do it correct.

The thing that impressed me about your YouTube is you state you don’t have to do beast mode and that is exactly how my trainer trained me in the past.  It worked but mentally and physically killed me.

Thanks for all your help!!!!

Hello! I just did my first Naked Beauty workout yesterday and loved it. The slow controlled movements felt almost meditative and I'm SO grateful to have found this new way of workout out as...you guessed it...I started getting too many injuries. Common theme I see. I'm really looking to lose weight, tone and slim my legs and butt. Can you guide me to any nutritional videos? I'm so done counting calories but know that portions are important. I ge at least 100g protein a day I know that but how to know how much carbs and fats? and portion sizes? I'm 5 foot 3 inches and 54 years young.

I started today.  Do I need to do mat work and standing video to do the program right?  I absolutely loved the mat work.

I got in the best shape of my life at the age of 50 but I had to work out two to three hours a day. So I quit and just went to walking.  I am about to turn 60 in a year and I want to get I. The best shape again, but not working out three hours a day.  I want it sustainable.

I subscribed to your fitness plan and no longer have access to the 5 day LIIT foundational fitness schedule. It stopped working video wise about 4 days ago? Please help

I have just joined and am excited to get going. However, looking at the layout of videos I am very confused as to how to navigate through the site.

I thought there would be some kind of structured playlists e.g. beginner, intermediate, advanced weekly routines or similar in some kind of set order. I have done a search for all three levels but still nothing kind of follows on from one routine to the next. It seems a bit all of over the place. Am I missing something? Anyone have any suggestions as to how to best find my way around? Thank you.

Also, I just a small edit. I had a quick look at one video and there is no warm up. Are we meant to do some kind of warmup prior to, and cooldown after? Any help with my questions would be much appreciated thank you.

Hi Joey!

I joined recently because of a video of yours I saw on Youtube, but since I've joined I haven't started yet...I feel a bit lost in here. I am in my fourties, my main problem is lack of exercise and cellulite (although I was almost a dancer in the past). Can you please indicate me which video programs should I do, how many times a week and for how long? Thank you in advance.

Hi Joey,

I have done ulbthm only three times last week and today while sitting I suddenly paid attention to my thighs, they are so toned! I wanna continue doing it three times a week. If I do total body tone up plus cardio three days and ulbthm three days will that be a good workout?

I am confused because I am not sure, if my upper body will be addressed properly then.

I am also loving the midriff makeover part 1 only for now, once a week, would be good?

I just completed the lower body Makeover Day 1, standing & floor.  It was great! The single leg bridge is insane! 💪 I really enjoyed the sequence and pace of exercise!
