1 - you can surely flip them around2 - yes, aim for 20 minutes each time for cardio - if possible.3 - leave the rower out for the time-being.

Hi Robyn Broadbent  ! High quality breads count as high quality carbs - which we need, especially if you're being consistent with your training, activities, etc. - the key is to be mindful of portions and combine them with your other essential foods (veggies, salads, protein, healthy fat)

That sounds about right.. which is good. Are you saying your room/space isn't enough  for how far the bands stretch? Either way - keep them for when you travel - and you can order the same bands in shorter lengths from the same company. bestbodybands.com
