Should I try to do these everyday or how often? Also, when should I add more repetitions?
Do you have more sessions like these? The postural corrections are so on point!
Iād love to get more shorter sessions I could do anywhere as part of a routine.

Shorter like 5-, 10-, or 15-minute sessions. These are around 30ā. However these are only two and after two or three days they get very repetitive. Do you have more posture correction type of sessions?
