Shorter like 5-, 10-, or 15-minute sessions. These are around 30’. However these are only two and after two or three days they get very repetitive. Do you have more posture correction type of sessions?

I really liked these extreme beginner exercises, even though I’m embarrassed to admit that I may still be onešŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Should I try to do these everyday or how often? Also, when should I add more repetitions?

Do you have more sessions like these? The postural corrections are so on point!

I’d love to get more shorter sessions I could do anywhere as part of a routine.

Hi Joey,

I have upgraded to the 6-day sampler, but then had to stop because my neck and left shoulder blade got really stiff (this a known and usual issue). However, every time I start to get stronger, I hurt myself, digress, and lose my rhythm. It’s so frustrating!

Last week after a chiropractic adjustment, I came home and did your abs exercise that grabs to a sofa and lifts the legs and butt. I IMMOBILIZED myself! I am still recovering but the pain is strong.

Lower and upper back are my trouble zones and weak points. How am I going to strengthen them if I keep getting hurt when trying to train them very gently and following your recommendations.

What kind of guidance can you give me to start building strength?

Food is in good shape. Sleep is usually great too but lately with this stiffness, I am waking up in the middle of night and staying up for 30 minutes to an hour.

Hi Joey,

I’ve been doing the 5-day sampler. Day 1 is the most challenging of all, but not much. What should I continue with?

Joey, if I shared my login, it will simply be my access shared with them. Is not possible for them to have another login or add them with separate profiles so they can track their own progress?

Thank you so much!

Yes, I received the emails and started the beginners, 5-day sampler. I will see how I progress with that. I do see that some of those 5-days are using the machine, which I don’t have. I will use some elastic bands I have but the exercise may change. Do you have replacement videos for those with machine to use only dumbbells and elastic/booty bands?

I will follow up here at the end of the week.

I’m in the same boat as Katie. Ā I get overwhelmed with all the possibilities, I’m not sure where to start and how to progress, also losing lots of valuable time navigating the site with no exercise .

My goal is to work on my strength, build muscle and lose fat. Ā Even more so now that after a very early menopause at my 43.5 years old I developed osteoporosis. Ā So, this is my main focus. Ā Another important issue I want to tackle is to eliminate cellulite in my legs of course, but I feel that while tackling osteoporosis I will solve the cellulite.

I am 5.3ā€ and weighted around 118/120 for years; now, I’m 127lbs and fat is growing. Ā However, my nutrition has been as clean, organic, and pasture raised as possible since 2019/2020. Ā In the last year or so I have also been focusing on the protein intake. Ā Sorry lots of info at once.

Joey, I believe in you and your system that’s why I returned. Ā Please, give me specific directions and I am committed to following them!šŸ’ŖšŸ¼
