Joe,

Recently plugged in on your program and quite impressed. Your slow simple movements are hard and exhausting as a beginner. I am a 60 years old male, overweight, and mobility issues on left side( knee, hip, shoulder, and wrist). Require a physical to maintain my cdl so healthy lifestyle has become imperative. What I would like to see is a video series for truck drivers. Cannot really use a mat mostly standing up and bands. Truck drivers as a whole normally have a lot of bad food choices surrounding them. Would like to see a significant discount for purchase for a year in advance maybe even without a refund like prepaid cell phone plan. I hate to waste money and if I prepaid for a year I think it would make me stay motivated. Just my thoughts.

Hi,

Iam a little confused about the food and nutritional intake ! Do i need to watch all your cooking videos? Can i just go by the 50/30/10 rule? and how many times a day would you have a full meal? or do you snack? meaning on good healthy snacks? I would love a overview on what to do in this compartment! If i was in the US i would by your Nutritional drink but its soo much shipping cost to Ausralia so iam trying to find something similar that can work. Can you assist?

Hi Joey, I’ve got my first readings from the body fat scale, (12 August, I’m due to take my next readings tomorrow) I’m a bit surprised by a few of the numbers, some are good, some not so good 😕

Am I allowed to post the readings on here so you can guide me on what to do in regards to training/nutrition because I think I need some guidance /tweaking again?

(I posted this on the Joey Atlas Fitness group but I’m not sure if you saw it, I know you are Super busy so thank you in advance 😚)

One more question. As i only just started is is best to stick with the naked beauty schedule ? Or do you suggest doing different things. My Main approach is the cellulite and eventually the whole body

Building muscle is my main goal.  Can you direct me to exercise for knees, quadriceps?  Cellulite around knees.  How can we improve those areas? Inner thigh exercises?

Hi Joey! I have used the Naked Beauty Symulast method off and on for 4 years. I LOVE the program but the issue that I have is that the muscle of my inner thighs grow, bulge and causes my thighs to touch the longer that I perform the exercises. This happens after I increase my sets to three with 15 reps intervals. I usually end up stopping the program. I have switched to using Pilates exercises, but it does not give me the same cellulite reducing results. Is there a way that I can tweak the exercises to prevent this while still getting the results?
Also, I have been curious about the Elixir but I don't care for appetite suppressants so I'm wondering what is the ingredient that is suppressing your appetite. Is it something all natural?
Please advise and thanks for your assistance!

I just logged onto the website for the first time and watched the first video, some exercises on the mat and some standing and also on the step stool.  You mentioned in the video about PDFs.  How do I find the PDFs?
