What is an alternative to the uneven press/pull with your body in between the bars?  I don't have two bars so that I can lift my upper body/chest to the bars. Thanks.

Since I exercise daily only 1X.  I haven't followed this one in a while. If it's been a while between different routines, I always notice how each routine will make me feel different. I notice more new muscle benefits when I do a lot of different routines.  But still working on building and maintaining more muscle mass.  Thanks for asking.

I am looking for more short cardio like the Fiery Five.  When you recorded the Fiery Five workout you mentioned you would have more of these.  Can you add any new ones to my program section or tell me where I can find more new ones.  Thank you!

It's not too lengthy and fits into my 30 minute per day fitness workout session. I could also make it easier or more difficult.  I would like more 20 minute LIIT routines.  It adds variety to working out.

I now have the bands.  I see how to attach them to the door, but what do I do with the cloth anchors? I was sent two 18" cloth hangers.  I am just going to be using the bands on a door as I don't have the sculptafit gym structure.  Maybe you can share a video or suggest which video that you might use them?  Thank you!
