I really like the mid-life muscle and I am working on the upper body. How do I take the micro-workouts and add them to the symulast/total access? Would like to concentrate more on upper body chest, back, shoulders, arms to keep up good posture. Thanks!

Joey Atlas Is there an add button or a way to put in those where all of my videos are? I am talking about the computer software. Can I cut and paste the YouTube? I will try to figure it out too. Thanks!
