Joey Atlas Is there an add button or a way to put in those where all of my videos are?  I am talking about the computer software.  Can I cut and paste the YouTube?  I will try to figure it out too.  Thanks!

I really like the mid-life muscle and I am working on the upper body.  How do I take the micro-workouts and add them to the symulast/total access?  Would like to concentrate more on upper body chest, back, shoulders, arms to keep up good posture. Thanks!

How can I put the fitness exercises that are shown by mid-life muscle in the sculpafit portal where is sign in?  Or where do I find them ? In personal training videos tab or programs?  I have been doing the symplast and have had good results.  Need more information on supplements to increase muscle mass.  And looking for more variety in exercise. Thank you for all that you do!  I appreciate it. And thank you for the emails with these videos.  I just want to put them in here where all of my Joey Atlas videos are.

Building muscle is my main goal.  Can you direct me to exercise for knees, quadriceps?  Cellulite around knees.  How can we improve those areas? Inner thigh exercises?

I am working mostly on upper body.  I have great videos for lower body. And I alternate.  If you can just tell me what names they are called that you have, then I can look them up by the name.  I haven't had much luck finding workouts with just a description.  I seem to need to have the name of that video. Thank you.

Hi Joey Atlas!  Well, I rotate all of the videos in my "membership portal" for glutes and thighs, cardio and abs workouts along with a 21 minute cardio with weights that you demonstrate and another cardio that you present while one of your trainers demonstrates which  is approximately 20 minutes.  I am focusing on weights and using bands for chest and back and shoulders. Some of the exercises you demonstrate with trainers I can't do because I don't have the sculptafit gym. My fitness goals are to gain muscle and maintain a good weight. I typically don't have weight problems.  Just always trying to focus on strength.  Can you see what is in my sign in area?  Do you have any new videos to share? I know you have been focusing on diet a lot with your Mid-life muscle program.  Thanks!

Any new videos that you can add to my programs?

What is an alternative to the uneven press/pull with your body in between the bars?  I don't have two bars so that I can lift my upper body/chest to the bars. Thanks.

Since I exercise daily only 1X.  I haven't followed this one in a while. If it's been a while between different routines, I always notice how each routine will make me feel different. I notice more new muscle benefits when I do a lot of different routines.  But still working on building and maintaining more muscle mass.  Thanks for asking.
