Hi Linda Beadle ! 1 - yes - totally ok2 - yes - that will work well3 - on the fating you do what is possible for you... Don't try forcing what you can't tolerate... Also - it doesn't have to be the same every day... some days maybe you find you can go longer in the non-calorie/fasting window and maybe some days not as long. Try that and see how you do.4 - I highly doubt you have "tight fascia" in the thigh regions... if so you'd really know it.. Unfortunate that phrase is used a LOT in order to trick more women into thinking "That's the problem" with tier thighs... (it's not).. so my advice, as always, is avoid the gimmick. :-)
