Robinnnnn! Hi! Love hearing all this :-) Thank you SO MUCH for the compliments - rcvd and much appreciated! So no big difference on the final exercise really - when I made the second one for - I just decided to add a slight tweak for people who wanted a tiny bit of variety, if they wanted to alternate between the two - before moving on to some of my other advanced lower body training sessions (2 of which are now at the bottom of the playlist - you'll see them if you scroll down). Hi Sharon - yes, the Anti-Cellulite cardio is a pdf (click on the 'Resources' tab above). Do you have access to any cardio equipment? Or just bodyweight type cardio?

Hi Camri - the muscles, nerves and fascia need at least a day to rest in between sessions. You can go through the sessions 2 or 3 x on the days you do them - but leave a day in between for recuperation and rebuilding.
