Hi Robyn! Some of them have pdfs (click the 'Resources' tab under each video to see) but we are still working on finding help to get the other ones into pdf format as well. You're welcome!

Sorry to hear that! What type of injury? How did it heal? And what type of program were you doing? Awesome - the "cellulite" will decrease - no doubt... Don't "hope" to stick with your fitness plans.. DECIDE to stick to them :-)
Hi Ana! No need to take a day off unless you need to. And when you do - just pick up where you left off. As for what to do after the 8-Day - you'll want to try the 9'-Day Body-Zone Sample Schedule, keeping in mind that we always use previous Sample Schedules again in the future :-)
