Welcome, Ana!! So glad you joined Total-Access :-) Go through the 8-Day Sample Schedule and let's see how you're doing by the end of the 8 days... if you feel good and liked the challenge/effect - then we keep going with it until it gets "easier" and then we can go to another Sample Schedule for progression. Cool? Also... do you use facebook? If so you can join the private group there. And what specific goals do you have as of right now?
Hi Laura! The band kit comes with 2 sets of anchors. One set is for doorways and the other set is for looping around sturdy/heavy items (furniture, big dumbbells, etc...) Let us know if you need a video clip to show you how to attach them :-)
Hi Laura! As you watch the specific videos where we do use the Home-Gym system - I instruct on how to do the substitute exercises if you don't have one. :-)
Hi Julie! The video(s) are in the playlist. If you just watched an Intro (looks like you're on the Awesome Arms video session(?) - then the first training video for the session will be right under the intro video. What exact device are you using?? Also, regarding your band question. You posted that in the new Community section. To see my answer, click on 'Community' up at the top of the website in the main navigation bar, then scroll down to your post/question and click on it :-)

Hi Gina! You can substitute with dumbbells on some of the exercises - but if you want the best results and the max benefits from the variety in the programs, your best bet is to order the band kit here: http://bestbodybands.com (currently includes free shipping)

The current Sample Schedules are now reachable right from the main library catalog page here: https://sculptafitclub.com/catalog (be sure you're logged in) ..and just scroll down to the "Personal Training Sessions" section to see them. The 7-Day has been updated to an 8-Day... and you'll also see a 9-Day "Body-Zone" Training Advanced Schedule . Let us know if any more guidance is needed! ~Joey :-)
