Hi Kristin!! First - you DO NOT need to "lift heavy" and do high impact workouts to get all the benefits for midlife and beyond.
There's too much hyperbole on those topics and it's damaging TOO MANY people... trust in my training methods and not only with you improve all the cellulite areas but you will build muscle, boned density, balance, coordination, better metabolism, etc.. ALL while making your fitness program SUSTAINABLE and SAFE :-)
That being said if you still want to go do al that stuff - just make sure your doing 2 of my lower body training routines per week - and DO NOT do the heavy/weight routines for your lower body.. just focus on mine for lower body. Cool?
