Manu Neug Hi Manu! Have you tried any of my body-weight cardio sessions yet? 

Michelle Wood - they'd have to be in excessive amounts and almost daily for that to possibly be 'true'... the amount of goitrogens required to be a possible issue would be difficult consume in raw form... The supplement is no longer "raw" as it is delivered in the dehydrated form - AND you also get a solid dose of fermented food-derived iodine which may prove to be an even bigger benefit for anyone looking for stronger nutrition to battle Hashimoto's... I'd suggest trying it for at least a month and see how your body responds.

Michelle Wood - Ok - you're not in a bad place...

you want to get consistent with the lower body trainings especially... put them in your calendar and make them happen as a priority to build bone density... And about 10 -14 ounces of any organic bone broth of your choice to your daily nutrition. I love organic chicken bone broth. Can you do that?

Lisa Fort - shoosh! 4th degree - look out!! Love it... Ok - let's take advantage of your 40 minute threshold for training - and get you doing lower-body 2 times per week for now.

You can do Naked Beauty one day - 2 times through*** and then for the second day of lower body I want you to take your pick of any lower body training session (there are a bunch - I can post some suggestions here if you'd like) and be sure to 'Add to Favorite' any that you really enjoy and 'feel'... let's do that for a few weeks and see how you're doing... for the rest of the body - check out the 6-Day sample scehdule and start choosing training session from that for the other body zones you want to target.  

At 5", 120 we can make some solid early progress in a month - BUT please understand there will be lots more progress after that.... and just think of all the future birthdays you can look forward to :-) Any questions?

Hi Michelle Wood ! Great question! I have some questions for you so I can answer better… 1 - have you been monitoring your bone-density levels for the last few years? If so can you share the numbers?

2 - what training schedule have you been following recently? Have you been consistent? And are you using any dumbbells on certain exercises? (Note - you do not need to train “heavy” in order to get the desired outcome of bone density building.

3 - what does your daily protein intake look like? How many grams a day are you getting and what is your body weight?

4 - what supplements are you currently taking?
