 Just do the contraction - but don't bounce/jerk your glutes off the mat... Eventually you will be able to as your muscles/nerves develop.

Hi Yvette cupeles! Great question. The NB does include focus on the inner-thighs - BUT... there are other training sessions that place more emphasis in that area. When you incorporate the other sessions is flexible. For example - you can alternate weeks... one week is NB focused for your lower body sessions - and the following week you can do other sessions for lower body and then back to NB the following week. Does that sounds like something you'd be interested in?

DianeinHarborcreek - it's ok to leave any exercises out that you currently can't do - and double up on other that you can do in place of what you take out. :-)

Lauren Ridgway - perfect ok... you wan to aim to get NB in 2X per week... and when doing it 1X through gets easy - you go to 2X through on the 2 days a week that you're doing it. The other days - you make use of the other videos... TBT, Flat-Sexy Stomach, Tightly-Toned Arms. Make sense?
