Joey Atlas Week one went well. Week two was abit challenging, had a light breakfast for 3 days. Starting Week three and I am back on track. It is starting to look more defined.

I am making great progress with the morning routine you shared on Facebook. Though I use black tea with lemon instead of the supplement and I push my first meal to 1 or 2 PM. Joey is what I have been missing my while life Joey Atlas

I am upgrading weekly until I reach where I am comfortable. I am doing the 8 day one for intermediate and I will be working out 6 days a week up from the 5 five I was doing earlier. Sabbath keeper, I have to rest on Saturday.

I upgraded from trial version. I am ok now

I would like to lose stubborn belly fat. That is my biggest challenge.

I have beenĀ  a fan since 2012, I have always looked up to you. I settled on a routine that worked out for me until I decided to take my fitness to another level this year and signed up for the free trial. One week into it and I look forward to my morning work out with your videos.Ā
