Joey Atlas I finished reading it a few days ago. Now I know about calories and how much i need a day. I will go autopilot for a while. I exercise each body part twice a week. I hope that's good enough for now.

Three months into the exercise routine. All areas have improved, even the ones I wasn't paying attention to, like the glutes. Let me focus on the neck for a few weeks and then give more feedback after I finish reading fatness to fitness.

Joey Atlas i tried two variations of the sesame coleslaw salad, with white cabbage and purple cabbage. Both turned out great. I also tried your post work out meal that had oats.

Heading to Week 8. Tummy is smaller, cardio got better, I now vary speed. I am also trying out the recipes as I explore the Joey Atlas world

Joey Atlas the front part of my tummy. I had managed to lose most of the fat around the waistline but the front part was not reducing. Its starting to reduce. The definition I am.talking about is around the waistline, I mean a more refined figure.

Joey Atlas I heading to Week 4. My appetite is finally under control, I started the 9 day advanced sequence. I am having aches in muscles I didn't know existed with more definition where I wanted to see it. Doing good so far.

Joey Atlas Week one went well. Week two was abit challenging, had a light breakfast for 3 days. Starting Week three and I am back on track. It is starting to look more defined.

I am making great progress with the morning routine you shared on Facebook. Though I use black tea with lemon instead of the supplement and I push my first meal to 1 or 2 PM. Joey is what I have been missing my while life Joey Atlas

I am upgrading weekly until I reach where I am comfortable. I am doing the 8 day one for intermediate and I will be working out 6 days a week up from the 5 five I was doing earlier. Sabbath keeper, I have to rest on Saturday.

I upgraded from trial version. I am ok now
