Hi Joey....me again.  1) With the exercises series (ie: I am doing the 6-day).  Do they have to be in order.  Some days (leg days) are really long if I include the 20 min cardio I am looking at 1 1/2 hours.  Whereas some days like the shoulder day is half the time.  I will do my best to do in order but I don't always have 1 1/2 hours to do a routine.  I have flipped it around a few times.  2) And with the cardio.  Do you recommend doing 20 mins each time.....even if I wind up doing steps over body weight exercises on occasion.  With climbing stairs would I also do 20 minutes or could this be less.  I know for cardio you said not to do the trampoline....but what about a rowing machine....as I have one and hate the idea of it just sitting there.....but if you feel it is not an effective cardio for the lower body (my target area) then I will put on hold and only do once I have also done the body weight.

I will try them again today and create more space in the room I am using.  It might just be getting used to these as I have always used rubber bands and they are much shorter.  But thanks for your reply

I actually can't figure out how to forward a photo here.  The door is regular height.  Doesn't hang to the bottom.  Maybe 3/4 way down.  When out stretched I'm about 8 feet from the door.  And I am using the heavy ones as the regular ones stretched further.  On your videos it looks close.  Just having a hard time using them.  I was advised I could return them and maybe I go to a fitness place near me.  I'll see how I do over the weekend.

Sorry Joey....lots of questions.  Once I get more in to these programs the questions will lesson...promise.  I am doing the 6-day.  I am now on day 5.  What I am wondering.....in each of these days am I to be doing all the sets of exercises.  I have been doing them and then today (which is LIIT total shoulder and Flexi Power Shoulder) if I am to do both?  This questin applies to all the days.  Tomorrow is LIIT arm personal training and Awesome Arms....am I to do the first one and then next week move on to the second.

Hi Joey.....I recieived the sculptkit bands.  They are super long.  I did contact the company and they are the 36" they are supposed to be (excluding the handles).  I am trying to do your exercises but these stretch so far across the room.  I loop them over the door and they hang to the ground.  Just wondering if the bands you use in your videos are the same length and perhaps the way the videos are set up they look much shorter.....or should I have shorter bands.  I am finding them hard to use.

Thanks Joey.....ok so I am doing your cardio sessions but if I find my shoulders are bugging me then I will go up and down on my step (not the machine but blocks) or up and down stairs.  And I am aiming to do cardio daily.....missed yesterday but did a long walk.  And thanks for the PDF re dietary.....will take a peak.

I am just listening to a video on the sculptfit site about a woman focused on lower body and celulitte.  So I am doing the day 6.  Did a week of day 5 then went to day 6 as felt I needed more.  So what I am wondering is.....in addition to the 6 day program....should I be doing more targeted lower body (ie: the celulitte exercises every 3rd day?).  Im glad the program is working on all the body but I really want to get the legs leaner and toned and rid this celulite.  Second question.....I eat really well and exercise but my legs just seem to be puffy.....no matter what I do exercise and foods my legs don't want to slim down.  Perhaps I need to shift my diet?  Do you recommend things like keto or intermedient fasting.

Hi Joey......I do not have a treadmill.  I have a rower, but I am careful with that because of my shoulder (15 mins tops).  I have steps (not the machine) that for cardio I would go up and down on.  Or the staircase I would go up and down.  And the trampoline.  Those were my inside cardio.  Or I would watch youtube HIIT type exercises.  I will do yours in the 6-day but again it always comes down to the arm movements.  I would really like to get a step machine so might price them.

I will start today.  With the cardio I noticed there is 3 in the 6 day.  You said do cardio daily so I suppose I can just pick any of them....and for the 8:40 minute could do twice.  I haven't seen them yet but I really need to be mindful of my shoulders....as even the 'Joeys' I found hard on my shoulders.  So with any exercise you do that I find hard on my shoulders I suppose I can just do a diffrent effective movement during that particular exercise.

Hi Joey.....you had mentioned if I found the '5 day' a bit too easy to move on to #6.  I think I might do that.  It's great but really feel it's not as much as a workout I would typically do.  So I'm doing day 5 today and then tomorrow will go to #6.
