I received a link that states it's for the PDF's but it just takes me to the dashboard page of my website. I know I saw the PDF with pictures of you doing the workouts but I can't find it now. Please help!

Hi can you please tell me the difference, for example, which is tougher, more advanced in the progressions, Lower Body LIIT Intermediate #1, #2 and the up and coming #3 and #4 OR LowerBody Level One and Level Two, besides the latter having 15 counts?

HI there. My name is Sue Pelesko. I am a total access member. My husband recently asked me what exercises he can do to improve his posture. He is 71 years old and has always worked at a desk, and still does. He is concerned that is posture is getting worse. He has always been pretty active but never did formal exercises.
Can you tell me what are the best exercises he can do to get started.
