Hey Tony,

Im going through the 6 day intermediate sample playlist. Is there a playlist thats not a sample? Im 52. Used to be in great shape, but covid took a toll. I gained over 30 lbs. I really want to tone the core, hips chest and arms. Is there a path that you recommend?

I saw in an email sent on Thanksgiving that there is a Roku app offered if you sign up before Christmas. I didn't realize that there is now a Roku app. How do we get it if we are already Total Access members? I have Roku.

Hello, Can you help me understand why on the 9 day advanced circuit that it shows to do both of these? Does one really need to spend 50 minutes training just the shoulders? This is going to be in addition to Abs and cardio for the day. I'm not looking to make shortcuts really, but that's alot of time for one workout session.

Hi Joey! I've been a follower of yours for decades now. I have your first home DVDs shot in your basement by 'your camera man Shawn"! I've also been a private client of yours and thank you so much for all that you do. Obviously I am a sculptafitclub.com member and really enjoy having a portal with lots of videos in them. However it doesn't seem like much new content gets added to this portal. Today I was looking online for new content and ran across what must be your YouTube channel with tons of new content some of which is also included in the paid version of this portal. So I was a little surprised to see how much new content is out there for free when I've been working from the paid portal only where not much seems to be new. I'm not a huge FB person and I know you do a lot on FB. Can you tell me where I need to be to have access to your latest and greatest workouts as I'm really in need of some fresh new content. And also why new content isn't uploaded to this portal very often? Or maybe I'm just not looking in the right places on the portal. I am a fan and can attest that your LIT training does in fact work very well. I just want to make sure I'm up to speed on how to get the latest workouts so I stay fresh and up to date on the content. I received a link that states it's for the PDF's but it just takes me to the dashboard page of my website. I know I saw the PDF with pictures of you doing the workouts but I can't find it now. Please help!

Hi can you please tell me the difference, for example, which is tougher, more advanced in the progressions, Lower Body LIIT Intermediate #1, #2 and the up and coming #3 and #4 OR LowerBody Level One and Level Two, besides the latter having 15 counts?
