I’ve seen improvement in cellulite reduction on lower body and booty starting to build. But still need more. I was riding my recumbent bike for 30 mins, approx 10 miles, Mon-Fri.
I would appreciate the link posting

Hi Joey,
Mechele here. I am new to total access. However I have had the naked beauty routine for quite some time. I neglected doing it for a long time but have recently gone back to it. About two months now. I have also incorporated the freebie ULBHT mat training into the workout. I have seen a huge difference but I’m ready for more and need help putting a schedule together.
I am looking to reduce my cellulite even more than what I already have and looking to build my butt as I have had a flat booty all my life.
I workout Mon-Friday. I do the Naked Beauty/ULBHT on Mon, Wed and Fri and I do Flat Sexy Stomach and tightly toned arms on Tuesday and Thursday. As far as my stomach, I have lower belly fat that no matter what I do I can’t get rid of. I had 2 C-sections and a hysterectomy all in the same area and I have gotten to the point that that’s what I attribute it to.
My arms are ok, I just have irritating bat wings but don’t want to do anymore damage to my shoulders so not sure what exercises to do.
I am 52 years old, 5’2” and weigh 118. Back in July I restarted my fitness journey. I have lost 20 lbs and have been working out regularly. I stopped doing cardio because I continued to loose weight even after I reached my goal but plan to restart next week. I do however have some back and shoulder issues and need some guidance for a workout routine that will tighten all my trouble areas up without injury. I have a bad SI joint that affects the right side of my body. I have had a rotator cuff surgery on right shoulder that healed famously however the 3 rotator cuff surgeries that I had on the left shoulder, not so much. I still have trouble with the left side. So far I have done well with the workouts that I do but any help would be much appreciated. Thank you so much

Joey Atlas thanks so much for your help!!! Will this schedule help with the lower belly fat also, which I really struggle with?
