I started the day with a glass of water, then 2 cups of coffee, Stretched to Super-Flex Bust the stress power stretch, then worked out to Boomin buns, toned thighs & legs, great work out, I broke my fast at 11:00 am, I cooked a head of sliced califlower in coconut oil with garlic, 21 seasoning and pepper, 2 organic brown eggs cooked in coconut oil, 1/2 a avacado, half slice of a slice tomato, and one veggie sausage, then another glass of water. Cleaned the kitchen, now on with the rest of my day. Hopefully that was a healthy start, and plan to get on my tread mill a little later after errands.
