Hey Joey, Iam new to the site and have become a HUGE fan of yoru workout ethic. I was a fitness instructor for the military and believed much like you do. ( slow and steady) Long story short I gained a tone of weight from an accident and quitting smoking and have lost close to 200lbs. I have about 40 to go!
You mentioned some workout equipment. exercise ball, pushup, bars, resistance bands and suspension straps. Can you give me those links?
