Hi Joey....I know I had briefly asked this before but I didn't know as much about it as I do now so just wondering if you might have more detail.  There is something called the Fascia Blaster tool.  This woman Ashely Black has so much info on her site and apparantly she has a huge following and has help many people.  Initially it was for pain as she worked with pain clients.....and then people started to notice their celulitte would be disappearing so she expaded.  This in a nutshell.  She has all sorts of science based info on her site.  Anyhow....aside from her site and tools....when you look up fascia blassting there is so many positive in so far as how it loosens up the fascia under the skin (and tight fascia apparantly pulls at the skin that causes the dimpling...celulitte).  As well as info on how it can help skin elascity.  And a lot of info re pain.  But.....since seeing someone from your group post negative effects she had I started to do some research.  And for all the positives there are some negatives....one being can make celulitte worse.  But more sites say how it can make it better.  Ahhh.  So I am doing your work outs.....but I really wanted something more to help rid the celuitte so I have been using her tool for 1 1/2 months.  Only about 5 mins per day per leg.  I don't go nuts like some people do on these videos.  But just wanted your thoughts on this.  I know you promote the exercises and stand behind those, which is great.....but just wondering if you think this could be a good thing to do.....moderate blasting to break down fascia?  And if not....are you able to tell me why?  I'm just a little confused.  I wanted to continue with the blaster as felt really excited by all the info I have reviewed over and over and the conversations with individuals who have had great success.  But if I am to stop.....because you know of negatives....it would help to know why.

Hi Joey, I have been receiving receipts  for well over a year now. I had emailed a request for help with ‘how do I get started? I found the original email, but may have signed into the wrong thing, not sure. There was another link in that email that doesn’t work. Hi Joey.

I’ve done your initial program for a few months .. got bored… working on not getting bored… I like large movements for my legs and the hands and knees with one leg extended wasn’t getting my sweat on

So I moved to your other suggested leg workout with lunges forward and walking lunges and step ups and one leg squats ( that one is hard)

To be honest im keeping the faith but I still have cellulite and those dimples on my glutes

I’m your typical physically fit woman but I still have cellulite.

Can you help me figure out what I should do next..

I moved into hiking with my dog with is great for my legs and I think my glutes but I’m sure not for the cellulite. I just get bored and want to keep active.

Please advise

I’ll find a pic of me and send it so you cna see my issue… it won’t be obvious but trust me it’s an issue from the back side view esp in sunlight. OY

Hello, I've having difficulty navigating the site and finding the videos Joey refers to in the daily emails I receive.  I haven't been able to find ULBHT Next Level, Sample Schedule, Sequel to Cellulite Videos and more.  I joined total access.  Is the app included with total access? It must be me and my ADD and lack of time spent on this site.  I wish there was one place to find everything quickly.  I'm trying to make the most of my hour in the mornings dedicated to exercising.  Thank you for your help!

Hi there!  I just joined the Total Access program.  I was hesitant to make the leap.  Is the whole Naked Beauty program included in this Sculptafit?  Or do I need to purchase that separate from Total Access?  I have extreme cellulite, extreme. I don't wear shorts in the summer.  Only capri pants and long sundresses.  I'm soft and flabby all over. I'm really embarrassed and shamed that I did not take better care of my ( temple) body.  I don't even like to be seen in intimate times with my boyfriend.   I'm 57 and not in very good shape.  I was doing some mild yoga, Hittleman version.  An oldie but goodie. Lol   I have a lot of bands and five anchor points to hook up to on my door.  Do you recommend a routine using bands?   Can I use those in place of weights?  Do you recommend fascia blasting by Ashley Black?  I have some of the tools she sells.                 I need some guidance on where to START with your program.  Do I just pick a routine?   HELP!!!!!   Thank you for any advice you can give me.  I really do need some guidance.

Do you recommend the same exercise routines for those going through menopause as the younger ladies or should they be different? What are your thoughts on this? Do you have different exercise routines for men than you have for women?

Hi Joey, an important question, I don’t know if u are totally against doing hip thrusts, but I really enjoy doing those, with not a super heavy weight (100 pds max) As I mentioned before, I didn’t exercise at  all in 6 months, due to a couple surgeries, and I was eating junk, my main exercise in those months was walking, I ended up with 1 huge dimple in each one of my buttocks, never had that problem before, not even when I loose 30 pds 20 years ago after having my kid, ( the dimples are probably about 1 cm diameter or more. Can I still doing hip thrusts along with your leg day, just to add volume to my buttocks? Since H T has had help me in the past to add volume, but never helped me with the dimples, ripples and shadows, or is it smarter if I just stick solely on your exercises? Please help. Hopefully your answer help other ladies like me, who enjoy doing H T. I got all my faith in you, wherever you recommend, I will follow. I believe those “dimples” are empty space, if that makes sense.
