I am just listening to a video on the sculptfit site about a woman focused on lower body and celulitte. So I am doing the day 6. Did a week of day 5 then went to day 6 as felt I needed more. So what I am wondering is.....in addition to the 6 day program....should I be doing more targeted lower body (ie: the celulitte exercises every 3rd day?). Im glad the program is working on all the body but I really want to get the legs leaner and toned and rid this celulite. Second question.....I eat really well and exercise but my legs just seem to be puffy.....no matter what I do exercise and foods my legs don't want to slim down. Perhaps I need to shift my diet? Do you recommend things like keto or intermedient fasting. Â

I am doing your Naked beauty program for my cellulite. So now I see my 12 year old twin girls also have cellulite on their bums, legs and around the knee area. As I a mom and someone who is really struggling with body image I am gutted.
The netball season is starting tomorrow, so they will be exercising 3 times a week. So they will get in a lot of cardio.
Can they the naked beauty program? The netball practice will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If they can do the naked beauty on what days can they exercise?

Hi Joey....great to meet with you today. Really appreciate everything you said and excited to get started. Actually just going to start in 10 minutes on the day one. Question.....with the lifts would you suggest using ankle weights so feels more like a workout? Or just do exactly as the video shows. I know you said if it doesn't feel like a full workout to do again, which I will.....but thought the weights might offer more??? I won't use until I hear back from you. Thanks Linda

Hi Joey.....you had mentioned if I found the '5 day' a bit too easy to move on to #6. I think I might do that. It's great but really feel it's not as much as a workout I would typically do. So I'm doing day 5 today and then tomorrow will go to #6. Â

Hello, I’m very new to total access and actually started the cellulite program and after 1 day signed on to total access. I’m having trouble with my hamstrings. When doing bridge exercises, yoga and Juijitsu moves I get terrible cramps that leave as soon as I straighten the leg. This has been a long time problem. I wonder if you have any insight into this problem and what I should solve this cramping problem
Good morning Joey, as you may know, I've been doing intermittent fasting until about 12:31, 1 o'clock, every day, for quite some time. Do you think I should be having protein after my training in the morning? I really want to build more muscle. Thank you.
I never go to use it because of my husband getting cancer and that took precedence and he is gone now. I read your emails all the time. Now, here I am still with cellulite, but now it seems I have osteoporosis with a high risk of fracture! Nice, huh? I am only 69 and my blood work comes back excellent all the time but I have Celiac and I understand that wreaks havoc on bones. I was wondering if anyone had solutions for this it would be you!
