Hi Joey.....you had mentioned if I found the '5 day' a bit too easy to move on to #6. I think I might do that. It's great but really feel it's not as much as a workout I would typically do. So I'm doing day 5 today and then tomorrow will go to #6.

Hello, I’m very new to total access and actually started the cellulite program and after 1 day signed on to total access. I’m having trouble with my hamstrings. When doing bridge exercises, yoga and Juijitsu moves I get terrible cramps that leave as soon as I straighten the leg. This has been a long time problem. I wonder if you have any insight into this problem and what I should solve this cramping problem
Good morning Joey, as you may know, I've been doing intermittent fasting until about 12:31, 1 o'clock, every day, for quite some time. Do you think I should be having protein after my training in the morning? I really want to build more muscle. Thank you.
I never go to use it because of my husband getting cancer and that took precedence and he is gone now. I read your emails all the time. Now, here I am still with cellulite, but now it seems I have osteoporosis with a high risk of fracture! Nice, huh? I am only 69 and my blood work comes back excellent all the time but I have Celiac and I understand that wreaks havoc on bones. I was wondering if anyone had solutions for this it would be you!
Hi, I just watched the "mighty meal walk through" which said there would be links below for the salad, cauli steaks etc...but I can't seem to find them? Is there another section where these would be and do you have a "List" of suggestions as to what fruits & vegies you recommend eating or others that are not so good?....(for meals and snacks please).

Hey Joey - I recently joined Total Access. I read through the Fusion Flex cheat sheet and have tried a few of the daily workouts. I like the idea of slower gentler activity!
Here’s my question - I watch my grandkids during the week so lunch time can be a bit busy. I’d like to have a salad for lunch during the week. I‘ve watched you prepare yours a few times on TT and wonder if you’ve every prepped the “salad dressing” ahead of time? - Like enough for the whole week - so I wouldn’t have to get all of the ingredients out each day while juggling a 3 year old and a one year old at lunchtime.
What can you drink other than water during your fasting time please
Hi Joey, I'm new to Total Access. I enrolled last month. On the 6-day sample you have 2-3 other workouts within each day. Is the goal to do them all or select only one? Thank you, for your program.
