Hi Joey. Menopausal!!! 10kg and going up :(  I would say I eat reasonably healthy and are using some of your recipes. Have been doing the naked beauty plus knee friendly body band workouts for a while now. I have access to a nutribullet and fridge. I have been having two eggs scrambled for breakfast and taking coconut yoghurt, berries and some mixed nuts for morning tea. I was thinking of fasting until morning tea. Soup or salad with protein for lunch, date bliss ball for afternoon tea and then generally protein and veges for dinner. Thank you.

Hi Joey. Another question please. What are your thoughts on breads, wraps, pita bread, mountain bread wrap, etc? Thank you.

Hi Joey. What is your recommendation for breakfast? As a nurse, I start work at 7 and am usually up at 5am to get ready. Morning tea can be anything between 9.30 to 11am with no set time depending on what is happening on shift. Thank you.

Hi Joey. Can you advise whether the quickly fit recipes are available as a printout? If not, is there anyway you can release them so they can be printed rather than having to keep watching them each time? Thank you. Robyn
