Assuming you are still sedentary or just starting to use the training program - that is THE number one thing you can do to combat osteoporosis and REDUCE the risk of deadly fractures... THAT is the solution.   So I ask - have you started your fitness training yet?? That's the first stepping stone to your improved quality of live and reduction of threatening risk-factors.

Steve Shissler My pleasure, Steve...Love hearing how things are helping! Regarding "fitting it in"... I typically try to get people/clients to focus on "Morning Mastery"... i.e,, make the most of the early mornings before the world starts demanding your time and attention... While this is not possible for everyone - due to specific life circumstances - it is doable by most people.. most of the time. AND... you can also break up or shorten the sessions to fit your open spots during the day/eve too.Does any of that help?
