NOOOOOooo heavy weights... LOL... "trainers" are always saying the craziest things (old myths really)... Did you see my legs in some of my fb live videos? I don't use any heavy weights :-) Not necessary. You'll see :-) (and we don't need the injuries and agony that comes with the heavy weights) Are you in the facebook group yet?
