You're welcome, Yiota! :-) Glad that helped and you're now on the 8-Day Sample Schedule. When that gets "easier" (don't rush it, you want it to be easy for a while), you can then move to the 9-Day Sample Schedule as a next step and for variety. In the future we'll have more Sample Schedules & training-sessions, notated for "with or without" the Home-Gym System. Beyond the 9-Day Schedule, you can then always go back to a previous Sample Schedule as you will see that even the previous ones will provide you with variety that will feel good, give you options and support your health & fitness progress :-) Looking forward to your success!! ~Joey
Hi Yiota! For sure! There are many members using the 6-Day Schedule without the Home-Gym and making great progress. I'm wondering if there's something specific that might need clarification or more substitutions? I ask because we are always looking to improve as we look toward recording the next set of programs/videos for Total-Access members :-) Ok.. here is the link (which you should see in the main dashboard as well) to the newer 8-Day Sample Schedule. Most members using this do not have the Home-Gym System (they do have the resistance bands, light dumbbells, etc) Let us know how you do with this! https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/collection-sculpted-strong-total-body-8-day-sample-schedule

Hi Geri! Yes, the Total-Body-Toning sessions are to be done on the days you're not doing the main Naked Beauty Sessions... same with the other body zone bonus video sessions. (arms, stomach etc.) Have you chosen a sample schedule to follow? (these are in the companion pdf downloads) And same with the 'progression' method - check the pdf downloads for the over view and approach. And as you progress, you'll basically aim to go through the cellulite-focuses session 2X and eventually maybe 3X... You will also want to eventually incorporate the bonus progressions sessions at the bottom of the playlist (To the Max & The Sequel) and eventually - if you want to aim higher and go all in for your long term improvements, longevity etc - you can jump up to Total-Access :-)

Hi Maree! Great question (not sure if you ever saw me do the catcher/toe squats yet?) But yes, both variations are good to do :-)

Be sure to download and refer to the Anti-Cellulite Cardio pdf document :-)
Aw, thank you, Sonja! Let me know how you like it! :-)
It makes for a nice, low cal, 'appetizer' while cooking and is good for hydration during the hot times of year. (Can use veggie broth too :-)

Awesome goals, Amy! I hope you took 'before' photos?? Yes, 30 mins on the cardio is totally fine. Yes, you can do 2 days in a row but on those awesome NB-3X days I would focus on a good power walk for cardio time. And yes, if you like do the recumb. and/or the elliptical, then doing those sometimes is ok, I just wouldn't include them too much, maybe 20% of your cardio from those if you really like them. You're welcome!

Do you have any doors that shut tightly? (Also, do you have any dumbbells?)
