Perfect - do cardio 3-4 times per week, 15-20 minutes per session. What cardio options do you have available to you (besides my body-weight cardio fusion sessions)?

Yiotaaaaa! Thanks for the awesome feedback. So for that exercise you're referring to... I actually started doing those on playgrounds, before I invented the Gym System.. So, if you live near a playground (and the weather allows) you can do those at most playgrounds. Nest option, at home, is to substitute the one arm row either with a dumbbell, or resistance bands. Either of those will be training the same muscles groups of the back, as the partial bodyweight row. Cool?
