Hi Susan! YES - it's actually 2 mobile app options and the Roku/tv app in the works. We are behind schedule on these but they will be happening! :-) For now - you can connect your laptop to your TV via a simple HDMI cable. Or if you're a Mac user you might be able to use the Airplay function to view the videos on your TV screen.

If it gets your heart rate up and you break a sweat - yes you can. Are you not able to do other types of gentle cardio?

Sounds like you haven't been consistent with the right program... you say; "with a few down falls of falling off the exercise wagon through the years after retiring from the Army,.." Please give me as many details as possible so I understand your question(s) better.
