Hi Kathy! :-) Most of the youtube videos - especially the recent ones - are just me doing my own training and sharing on the cam (these are not for people to follow). There are a few sample videos on the youtube channel that are also in Total-Access. Ah ok. Be sure to open the receipt email and follow the directions for requesting a refund through support. AND - you should try Total-Access as there are programs in here that may be more appropriate and helpful for your specifics needs and goals you have. For example - there are several mobility/gentle-flexibility programs and one called "Better Neck" - plus others :-)

Thanks, Jess! That site is being replaced - and we are updating some of those old emails too. The items that were on that page are either no longer available or have been updated and moved into Total-Access :-)

Hi Jill! on the Day 2 Abs-Core session - you should be able to do most of that as I'm pretty sure I give alternatives in that one. For example - the one where Madi is on the hybrid mat doing reverse core curl-ups - you can do that on your floor by holding onto a sturdy/heavy couch or chair. Give that session a try a best you can and let me know how it goes**. (Others have been doing it without the Home-Gym System) If you find you need another alternative - Do the first 2 Abs-Core videos from the Day 5 training videos.
