Hi Sharon - yes, the Anti-Cellulite cardio is a pdf (click on the 'Resources' tab above). Do you have access to any cardio equipment? Or just bodyweight type cardio?

Hi Camri - the muscles, nerves and fascia need at least a day to rest in between sessions. You can go through the sessions 2 or 3 x on the days you do them - but leave a day in between for recuperation and rebuilding.

Hi Alexia - neither approach is "better" per se.. They are both great variations though. So one week you can do one and the next week you can do the other approach you mention. Make sense?
