I am new. I just found you on YouTube a few days ago. I have a gym membership and routine that I follow. I have lost over 40 pounds over the course of 6 months. Regarding weight I am very pleased. I have gained muscle and look toned on my arms and core but my butt suffered the consequences. I used to have a nice butt and now it is very flabby and pancake like. I am 40 years old. Any recommendations on what glute exercises to incorporate?
