Hi Rocio! Yes - go to 2X through as your next progression is 1X through is easy. You can do your regular workouts on the days in between NB - as long as they are not lower-body workouts. Hi Amanda- just seeing this. Did you also email support email? Sounds like a device or browser issue on your side. As of now there are no other reports that have come in on this. There are MANY people using the private video platform so there would be more if it was a platform issue. Let me know how things are now. And the answers to the Q's above. Best! ~J

Great question, Kelli! a few options: 1 - you can do ALLLLLLLLL the training session videos that don't require the Home-Gym System. 2 - You can find ways to do them by making modifications at home. (some members do that - you can ask them in the facebook members group how they do it). 3 - you can buy the Home-Gym System when we do the next round of pre-orders.
