No need to change your training.. that 6-Day schedule has 2 complete lower-body training sessions that will improve the cellulite issues.. but you have to be patient... add light dumbbells on the standing exercises when just bodyweight gets easy - and you can add ankle-weights to the floor exercises if they get "too easy"... in 3 or 4 weeks - you can go to another sample schedule that will have other lower-body training sessions to help things further.

Linda Beadle the step and /or the staircase - along with how you're modifying my body-weight cardio session are perfect - the key is to be consistent with them. Can you do that?
