Athari alroumi - nice. Search lower body using the search functions and you should see all lower body sessions come up. Please let me know that worked for you.

Athari alroumi - yes - if they are carrying excess flab/fat and the muscles underneath are mushy and saggy - then ULBHTM - as well as the other lower body training sessions in Total-Access will tighten, tone and slim those areas. Have you started training yet? IF so how are things going?

Angela Vescovo-Dickten - very helpful info! Ok - refer to 1, 2, 3 above and keep me posted please. Also - do you have nay ankle weights? I ask because you should be adding in some quad specific rehab exercises that won't stress the knees while doing them... let me know.

Hi Angela! A few things - and a question...

1 - instead of ice... switch to moist heat - twice daily on each knee... this is the pad I use and recommend: https://amzn.to/45Tv0bq

2 - instead of Naked-Beauty - switch to this mat routine for a week or two and let's see how you do - be sure to include the stretches in the first part of the video: https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/ultimate-leg-butt-hip-thigh-makeover-level-1-mat-training-session

3 - after a week or two we can think about bringing back Naked Beauty into the mix - with low reps to start.

4 - Question: Do you know what caused it in the past - and what treatment got it to "calm down"? (NOTE - some people who are deconditioned have joints that NEED consistent exercises and stretching in order to build them up to functional levels.)

Athari alroumi yes ALL my lower body programs help reverse the cause of common “cellulite” dimples, ripples and shadows… you can alternate ULBHTM and Naked Beauty … don’t worry about ULBHTM level 2 right now… we will know when the time is right when level one gets “too easy”

There should not be an i after com (remove the i)

Gina Crubaugh - see previous reply :-) I'll add here that if you increase your food sourced protein as I mentioned in the other reply intake you could set the aminos aside for a while - you may not need them actually.

Gina Crubaugh - this is great info - and I like your approach - I will ask - what types and amounts of healthy fats do you add to your meals? besides from the nuts/seeds...

Also - what carbohydrate sources are your daily "go to" that you includes in most meals?

Do you feel like you can eat a few more ounces of protein in these meals - or would it feel "forced"?

Regarding the Elixir Mixer - I'd suggest giving it a try as the light stevia added has been very well received by others who had an aversion to other cheaper sources used in higher amounts in the past. The full spectrum nutrient combo would surely help raise the levels of key micro-nutrients your body can utilize.

I didn't hear back from you in the other post so I'm not even sure you saw my questions or suggestions.. Either way... you can request a refund by emailing Beth on my support team at: joeyatlas@thejoeyatlas.com

I will add that you're giving up way too soon and patience is needed when trying to change your problem areas in your mid-forties. You're welcome to try the more advanced programs too if you haven't already(??)
