Hi Sarah Goodwin! lol.. I was working hard! :-) Get this.. the day I recorded those videos - I did both ULBHTM level 1 AND 2 back to back! (I don't think you've even seen level 2 yet) AND... then I did the Total Body Toning sessions level 1 AND 2!! My lower body was the sorest EVER in my life - even compared to the HEAVY training days, lol...

Katie - the mat... in most videos I give alternatives on how to do the exercise without it.

Sarah Goodwin - I would try a partial isometric then - instead of repetitions... just go up as high as you are able - and hold for 8 second counts. OR... just leave that exercise out - and add one of the exercises from this youtube clip: https://youtu.be/S9RSTf1f6XQ

Nice work, Sarah Goodwin!! YES - that's serious session, lol.. Glad you got a lot out of it! So - for the inner thigh lift using the chair - put BOTH legs/ankles on the chair BUT - open them like a partially opened pair of scissors... The bottom leg/foot is in FRONT of the top leg/foot (which is the one you're working the inner-thigh...) let me know if that helps :-)
