Lauren Ridgway - awesome!! ok.. more context... when you say "many years"... how long? When did you start noticing it?
And do you have any joint issues?
And... what fitness items do you have at home? (mat? ball? dumbbells? good resistance bands?)Â
Also - consider taking "before" photos ASAP so you can take progress photos in the future and see the changes over time.
