How did you do?? Was the 5 day basic routine too easy? Did you feel a little sore (in a good way) the day after each one?

If you felt like it was a challenge - even a mild one - I'd say go through it again... Taliah Hamling - helpful details, Taliah!! You're a perfect fit for the group coaching program! But I will offer this for now - based on what you shared:

As you might know... there is a lot of mental work that goes into a truly life-changing fitness program...

So I'll ask you to consider the order** in which you think about your most important goals - short term and long...

If you switch those two around - you will develop a mindset that gets you focused on the right things to do - to reach the goals you desire...

If you focus on developing a healthy and strong body - then the actions you take to do that will result in your body improving as you continue your new mindset - and new lifestyle - to "have a nice looking body again - AND KEEP IT..."  :-)
