Joyce H. - perfect - so your approach will be to do the exercises that YOU CAN do... and leave out the ones that you currently can't do....

Aim to do the session daily and as it gets easier - aim to do it 2X through. If it gets too easy - even at 2X through - you weill then add the session #2: https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/session-2-reconditioning-total-body-foundational-personal-training-session-for-extreme-beginners - again, taking the same approach when you add that one to the routine...

...as the weeks progress - the combo of htese two session being done daily should get easier as you build your "fitness foundation" - then from there we can progress to the next beginner routine. Let me know if I'm clear on what I just outlined for you :-)

Take a look and you'll see all the videos I recommended are in that playlist. Follow the same schedule as the firs time through... NOTE - under each video you can click 'Add to Calendar' and place the video link(s) right into your personal calendar on the specific days you want to do them - and then you just go to calendar on that day and click the link(s) when you're ready to roll :-)

Tell me your starting status... age, weight, height, specific joint issues, any medical restrictions... what fitness tools/equip you have... are you able to walk any distances?, etc... And what are your most important goals?

The body-zone resistance training sessions should be done on their designated days...

To make things easy on yourself - go back to all the video links I've shared with you for your starting program... click on each one.. then click on the 'Save' button... when you do that you'll see +New Playlist as an option to click on when you do it with the first video...

Create your new playlist - then keep adding the rest of the videos I selected for you to it so you have your own custom playlist to refer to each day. Let me know when you've done that :-)
