Hi Ruby! Look into "sclerotherapy". It's minimally invasive and the ones I've seen firsthand - were very effective. I may even do it at some point as I have some believe it or not.

Hi Bella55! Honestly I recommend all of them - but at appropriate times in your progression. There are MANY videos where I don't use the gym unit BUT - in the videos where I do use it, like many other members - once you follow along with me and implement the modifications you realize the home gym isn't an obstacle if you don't have it. I would encourage you to try some of the sessions with it - when they appear in a playlist... that being said - I have 2 questions for you:

1 - what are you most important short term and long term goals?

2 - what fitness items to do you have at home - assuming that is where you train(?)

1 - you're correct - a bunch of videos in here are homemade without a professional crew (a bunch were recorded during covid for all our local and remote studio clients), while some are professionally recorded - for example - here are a few: https://sculptafitclub.com/catalog/search?search=ultimate+leg+butt+hip+thigh

2 - we have someone working on creating companion PDFs for all training videos, including photos of each exercise. See attached for example. These will be gradually uploaded as they are completed.

3 - this is important - have you downloaded the mobile app extension that mirrors the web version? If not - what device do you use? I'll share the link here.

4 - what are your most important short term and long term goals?

5 - after my hip replacement coming up in the new few months I'll be making some new training videos for Total-Access :-)
