Replied on Food!! :)

Kim Faulkner   Let's start with the things you've tried in the past to eat in the morning, felt good and could train soon after... What type of food item/combo was that? If you keep it 'light' enough - you could train about 45 minutes later... but if it's a bit 'heavier' you may need to wait about 90 minutes... Do you have that kind of flexibility in your daily schedule? And.. How is your progress going so far?

Catherine Backel  Excellent goals, Cath!! Love it. And I'm so glad you like the 'framework' and find it helpful.. the more you do this the more you'll see the power in the framework - and your progress. When are you considering 1-on-1 personal coaching?

Catherine Backel Thank you! :-)This is GREAT, Catherine! I'm going to share this in an email newsletter if ok with you(?) YES - so here's an idea that I've been considering... Having Total-Access members contribute some of their favorite recipes, recorded on video and shared inside the video library area with all other members :-) What do you think?

Steve Shissler My pleasure, Steve...Love hearing how things are helping!  Regarding "fitting it in"... I typically try to get people/clients to focus on "Morning Mastery"... i.e,, make the most of the early mornings before the world starts demanding your time and attention... While this is not possible for everyone - due to specific life circumstances - it is doable by most people.. most of the time.  AND... you can also break up or shorten the sessions to fit your open spots during the day/eve too.Does any of that help?

Hello Elizabeth! Great to hear from you and I'm sending Prayers for your husband. Amen.... Assuming you are still sedentary or just starting to use the training program - that is THE number one thing you can do to combat osteoporosis and REDUCE the risk of deadly fractures... THAT is the solution.    So I ask - have you started your fitness training yet??  That's the first stepping stone to your improved quality of live and reduction of threatening risk-factors.
