Steve!! Welcome and God bless on all that you're doing!! Love it... YESSS!!! you can totally make the salad dressing(s) in a bigger batch to have quick access for the week. BUT - you might want to be cautious about the avocado versions as they may 'brown' quickly... Without them you are 100% good to go - but maybe need to experiment with them if using them.  Let me know if that helps and let me know how you're doing so far overall! Great to have you here and to know you came in via TikTok!! :-)

Hi Lori - most days you'll aim to do all the videos, if time allows (NOTE you can also break then up through the day if needed) And there are some days that you'll just pick one of the choices listed for the day - such as Days 3, 4 and 8 :-)

Hi Maryka! Thanks for asking this... Yes - they should be able to do the Naked Beauty routine on Wednesdays and Saturdays (or Sundays). Will you be guiding them a bit? Have them go 'easy' the first time or two through it... And please keep me posted!! :-)

Welcome, Evelyn! :-) How did you discover Total-Access?Yes - ideally you want to do all of them you see in each day listed. However - in Day 3 (under the 'cardio suggestion' for Day-3) you can choose just one or you can combine 2 of them if you wish. NOTE - if you're just getting going leave The Fiery Five for the future as it is a bit advanced and you want a good foundation before bringing that one into the mix for your bodyweight cardio sessions :-) Make sense?
