Yes, Linda BeadleĀ - 45-60 mins for lower-body training. upper body and core/abs - 15-20 mins minimum... 30 mins ideal...... Long brisk walk is a good cardio option - but you still want to keep some of the other options going through the course of each week.

Tj Roma - Excellent! for some reason your previous reply is not here.. weird. Can you repost it? .... For the Elixir Mixer - aim to take it in the morning - orĀ before noon - preferably on an empty stomach. Use about 12-14 ounces of cold water - or a light beverage.. i.e. - some people like putting it in coconut water.Ā And you can drink it slowly - no need to guzzle it :-) Cool?
