Annabell Simoes  - I'd want to think they're speaking in generalities... that's a broad stroke they are taking - as there are also many women eating too much protein.. so we have to be super careful when listening to these others.   Questions - how many total grams of protein do you estimate you consume daily? Take some time and also consider the non-obvious sources of protein too (from veggies, seeds, etc.) - as those can add up in the total-tally for the day.

Great question. So I would first ask - is your weight and clothing size in a zone where you're happy? Since you've been doing the fasting - what kinds of changes have you seen and felt so far?

Debra Bowman - It's both really. As you strengthen them and get them more flexible - the cramping will decrease - maybe even totally. Yes - if you can do the lower body stretches daily that will help tremendously.

I'd also suggest getting a soft-density foam roller such as this one: https://amzn.to/3KwyW9l

That will help the hamstrings too. 

Have you ever had deep tissue/sports massage work done?

Catherine Backel - this is awesomely powerful, Cath. Thanks for taking the time to post. I know you will be successful because you already are. What you've done is a sing of someone who is ready to get real, get on track and stay on track for LIFE. Love it!!

One thing we might introduce is some 'light' fitness/healthy activities on those days off... such as nature walks, mobility/stretch sessions, etc...  Sound good?
