Hi Maria Fuentes ! I'm sorry to hear this! I'm sending healing vibes and prayers your way and also want to remind you that you still have your entire midsection, abs/core, arms, shoulders, chest/back - plus all the stretching / mobility videos you should still be using - even if you have to hold off on the lower-body training videos until you are properly rehabbed and approved for lower-body training... Oh - and also all the recipe/cooking videos :-)  What equipment/accessories do you have at home??

Hi Shari - and welcome! Be sure to review the whole playlist and you'll notice at the bottom there is also the advanced progression video to utilize in the future. Also - be sure to open the Sample Schedule PDF (see the 'resources' section under the video player - or you can find this PDF in one of the welcome emails as well.) so you see the options for how many a days a week to do the main Naked Beauty training session. And be sure to review the whole video as there are several standing exercises that get combined with the floor/mat exercises :-) If you're able to - take "before" photos for your own reference so you can review and compare in the future to see the progress you're making.
