Dolly - yes yes - totally understand of course :-) you should see a refund at some point today.

Dolly oh yeah - youtube does languages like that now :-) But it may take me some time for doing Spanish option for subtitles in here... Not easy :-(

If that's getting easy - now you want to go the 6-Day Sample Schedule.  Just click on programs and you'll be able to scroll down and find it in the Personal Training Sessions section :-)  Do you have any joint issues? ...and what age range are you in?

Hi Gina Crubaugh!! Those are all just free mini-sessions for new people to discover me... You have ALLLLL those exercises weaved into all the training programs here in Total-Access... Are you having trouble find all the different training videos? (Note - you can surely take any of the micro-workouts" on my youtube and add them to any of the programs here in Total-Access.. Can you tell me more about where you're at with your body and fitness/health - and what your most important goals are and then I can give you guidance on specific playlists or videos :-)
