LuAnn when you click the link what happens? Can you take a screen shot of what you see after you click the link and post here please

Excellent, tawneegirl!

FIRST - be sure to take "before" photos for your own reference so you can SEE the progress being made as time progresses.. there;s no better feeling and PROOF of improvements than when you see it with your own eyes in photos...

Just put your favorite swimsuit or summer outfit or training outfit and get FRONT, BACK and BOTH side views in a place in your house that you can do in the future so visual context is the same.

And... there are the bands we use and recommend - these will last you for life: http://bestbodybands.com/

If you need a mat and ball - these will do:

Mat - great option for a low price: https://amzn.to/4j4s4RW

Ball (get 55cm) https://amzn.to/4rfNTjF

And for dumbbells... if you have some local thrift shops you might get lucky and find a bunch of them for VERY cheap $.

Or you can get this for an all in one adjustable set: https://amzn.to/3T7KKpj

Before I make my starting training suggestion - can you give me any context n the knees.. What caused this current pain, any injury, any xray/mri, etc..??

Welcome to Total-Access, LuAnn!!

All that means is that you're not logged in :-) So log in here https://sculptafitclub.com/sign_in

...and you're good to go!! While you are here - let me know your TOP goals - short term and long - and if you've chosen a Sample Schedule to follow yet.  And if you have any questions at all :-)

Claudia F. - no - this one is 3X per week: https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/shoulders-for-life?cid=1001575&permalink=shoulders-for-life-rotator-cuff-reconditioning-sessionmov-6a307f  (the Rotator-Cuff Reconditioning Session)... and the LIIT shoulder training is 2x per week.

Lorie H. see additional Q's :-)

Claudia F. AWESOME- so is the sciatica gradually going away?

The shoulder thing may take some time. As you continue with that shoulders for LIFE routine - keep me posted on how it's progressing. Has it gotten any better since you started?

Hi tawneegirl and welcome!! What brought you here and what other goals are MOST important to you.

Do you bands have handles and anchors?

Have you watched the "New Members Watch This First" video?

What country are you in - and are you open to buying a few items on amazon if needed?

Tammie Perfect - ok - assuming the shoulder is good to go (did you get PT on it or surgery/PT combo?) - then I suggest you get into the 6-Day Sample Schedule:

https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/collection-6-day-intermediate-sample-schedule-complete-video-playlist?categoryId=10017

I would also add this Rotator Cuff session to Day 5 (shoulders): https://sculptafitclub.com/programs/shoulders-for-life?cid=1001575&permalink=shoulders-for-life-rotator-cuff-reconditioning-sessionmov-6a307f

And I'd add daily walks - if possible(?)

Let me know this looks doable to you.
