I love this, Susan! I can relate but for the reason of teenagers homeschooling in my space. I sometimes stop and come back to a simple workout 3 times, it's difficult. Yes, we can do this! Love the encouragement :) I love what Joey said about body composition, good stuff!

Oh wow, I forgot that, will do. You know I do notice he comes home physically exhausted from marathon painting up and down ladders that’s why he says there’s not much left of him, but I should push him to walk 30 minutes nonetheless correct

Joey A. Guess what lol! My husband Mike has joined me in the flexi stretches a couple times and as they are helping, he would like to take the step into a regular routine, his words exactly! He often walks around mimicking you 🤭 as you're on the t.v. , he admires you, such laughter in the home lol!  My prayers are being answered 🙏🙌

Mike is 60yrs old.  5' 5"   140lbs, he has about 5 to 10 lbs. belly fat. From 20-30 he only worked upper body, and did biking for legs, never muscle training. Worked in his landscaping business and lifting and loading trucks.  For past 10 years he has been painting. His mid and upper back are overworked, strained and always in spasm.

I told him he can change things, he said his body is old. He is slow, stiff and achy every day, SUCH A HARD-WORKING MAN! I shared the truth of the hope you spoke and as he saw results after a few stretches, he is asking to finally get educated in correcting the imbalances in lower body, or should I say deconditioning, muscle loss, atrophy etc..

He is ready for more than flexi stretch, I told him to try the matt stretch on back hugging knees, but his back was in spasm, so I gave him heating pad and he walked.  Where should he start?

Joey A.  O.K. I did shoulders and went back to 2x's through as last week Rhomboid /scapula area/ arm /shoulder injury all was so flared up and I did 1x. Do I move up to the next band, I'm still at beginner or do I run through them 3x's first?
