Lisa Fort - shoosh! 4th degree - look out!! Love it... Ok - let's take advantage of your 40 minute threshold for training - and get you doing lower-body 2 times per week for now.
You can do Naked Beauty one day - 2 times through*** and then for the second day of lower body I want you to take your pick of any lower body training session (there are a bunch - I can post some suggestions here if you'd like) and be sure to 'Add to Favorite' any that you really enjoy and 'feel'... let's do that for a few weeks and see how you're doing... for the rest of the body - check out the 6-Day sample scehdule and start choosing training session from that for the other body zones you want to target. Â
At 5", 120 we can make some solid early progress in a month - BUT please understand there will be lots more progress after that.... and just think of all the future birthdays you can look forward to :-) Any questions?
