Ok so you definitely want to make the most out of the 'easier' schedule weeks - and then "do what you can" (micro-sessions, stealth sets, etc) during that very busy week of the monthly rotation. The main things you need are your body, bands, dumbbells, a mat, a ball.. and the tonal may come in handy here or there. You'll see as you progress though the training :-)

Lisa Emm - thanks, Lisa! Yeah - take your time as there is a lot of material in here :-) No need to rush through it... I probably have talked about this in a few of the coaching videos... but this is actually one of the reasons I include the community area here... so people can ask these types of questions that have nuanced answers :-)

Lisa Emm - in the early stages most people do this for a few months... and when it feels "easy" - compared to when you started... then you can consider going to the 8-day or the 9-day... BUT - we never "stop" using nay of the programs as we want to revisit them as training options for the future... When we come back to something - even if it was "easy"... in the future when we circle back - we find it still provides a perfect challenge and hence, the benefits/results too...
