Welcome, Diana Phillips! It may have something to do with purchasing the app first instead of the web version first. Here's what to do to get going: Send an email to the main support line of the platform I use to manage Total-Access - here: support@uscreen.tv  Include your app purchase info, etc... and they will get everything synced up so you have access to ALL the content both in the app - and the web version :-) Once that's done - come back in here and tell me about yourself - current fitness status/ability... your most important goals, etc - and then I'll direct you to the Sample Schedule playlist that will be ideal for you.

gmjackson - perfect. The Day 1 1 - lower-body mat session is exactly what you want to be doing for the lower body with the knee issues you mentioned. Have you done that session yet?
