Lucy Awesome! Continue repeating the 5-Day Sample Schedule - and when any of the shorter sessions feel "easier" you can go through them 2X instead of 1X. Let me know if that makes sense.

Hi Laurie D.! Need some clarification so I can help. Are you saying the Elixir Mixer is reducing your appetite and hunger? (this is common and most people love it because it helps them gain control of the nutrition side and overall calorie intake) BUT - for some, like you - there might be some adjustment in timing needed.. So...

When do you take it? What time, in ration to your meals?

And HOW do you take it? By itself? Mixed with other things?

And do you drink it fast - or sip over a period of time?

Brook Awesome - ok - you can add another arms day in combination with one of the other days - I'll leave that to you :-) And that hill work will be perfect for the anti-cellulite cardio AND you can also use any of the bodyweight cardio videos in Total-Access as well. Be sure to take "before" photos ASAP for your own reference - you'll be glad you did :-) Front, back and both side views in a place that you can replicate easily in the future for keeping similar context in the progress photos. Cool?
