Lisa Emm - Most definitely.. YES :-) All my lower body programs - by nature of the slow controlled method and the unique exercises in them - all address "cellulite".

I just name them differently for the sake of easy program management.

The variety you get from using all of them over the long term help with consistency - and better results.

All my programs are designed for the absolute best health and body-composition results - in the SAFEST possible way - that is sustainable for life. Simple really :-) 

Be sure to take "before" photos for your own reference in the future - so you can see that improvements are happening.

Welcome, Teri Currier!! It's simple really - it just depends on your most important goals - and your current fitness/health status... So the more context you share here the better I can direct you which Sample Schedule to follow :-)

Awesome, Candice A Murray! That must feel good :-) Ok - yes just aim for NB 2-3 times per week - 2X through since we know you can handle it - and do the other body-zone/muscle groups on the other days.  Take "before" photos ASAP - they will come in handy for your own reference as time progresses. Are you training at home or a gym?

Tell me.. what factors - do you believe - led to this; "...and have about 10-15 lbs I have gained recently.  My body has gotten very soft in the past year and the cellulite has increased a lot." ?
