Hi Linda - I'll have to check on the PDF for Level 2.. stay tuned. But regarding the TV... you can watch all the videos now with Roku, or Airplay - or an HDMI cable from your laptop to TV. Do you have any of those?

Mary Giovinco - aw thank you, Mary!! Yes, sagging skin is different from cellulite - two unique issues. BUT - with time and consistency - you will be an improvement of the skin... How much? Only time will tell - but always keep in mind alllllll the other benefits you've getting from staying on track with your fitness training and good nutrition :-)

HI Jules LeBreton! They will use the same login you use... Up to 6 total people in the same household can use it simultaneously without interfering with the video being used by other family members :-)

Mary Giovinco - for cardio 3-4 times a week for about 2-25 minutes should be fine for you... it doesn't sound like you have excess weight to lose(?)...

Are the sleep, night sweats and other problems all noticeably improved from the HRT and prog.?

Mary Giovinco - You're so welcome! ... if you're getting lower-body in 2-3 times per week - which you should be if following the 6-Day Schedule - then you're good.

What required you to go on HRT and progesterone? What findings/tests/'diagnosis'? And what type of doctor?

Yolanda Kennerly - I think you mean one set/one time through the session (a rep is a single movement/"repetition")... So - yes, go through the routine TWICE now :-) and adding the other bonus sessions the other days will accelerate things PLUS give you other benefits ... Keep me posted!
