For the Elixir Mixer - aim to take it in the morning - or  before noon - preferably on an empty stomach. Use about 12-14 ounces of cold water - or a light beverage.. i.e. - some people like putting it in coconut water.  And you can drink it slowly - no need to guzzle it :-) Cool?

Yes, Linda Beadle  - 45-60 mins for lower-body training. upper body and core/abs - 15-20 mins minimum... 30 mins ideal...... Long brisk walk is a good cardio option - but you still want to keep some of the other options going through the course of each week.

Ok stick with the 3x Naked-Beauty for 2 more weeks and then come back and let me know how things are feeling— at that point it would be good timing to start incorporating the other lower-body training sessions. How many days a week are you doing Muay Thai? And how did you hear about the Naked-Beauty program?

Linda Beadle - the answer is "maybe".. we won't really know until you do it long enough for us to judge... So best bet is to get after it and see what everything looks like in 8 weeks.
