Joey A. Guess what lol! My husband Mike has joined me in the flexi stretches a couple times and as they are helping, he would like to take the step into a regular routine, his words exactly! He often walks around mimicking you 🤭 as you're on the t.v. , he admires you, such laughter in the home lol!  My prayers are being answered 🙏🙌

Mike is 60yrs old.  5' 5"   140lbs, he has about 5 to 10 lbs. belly fat. From 20-30 he only worked upper body, and did biking for legs, never muscle training. Worked in his landscaping business and lifting and loading trucks.  For past 10 years he has been painting. His mid and upper back are overworked, strained and always in spasm.

I told him he can change things, he said his body is old. He is slow, stiff and achy every day, SUCH A HARD-WORKING MAN! I shared the truth of the hope you spoke and as he saw results after a few stretches, he is asking to finally get educated in correcting the imbalances in lower body, or should I say deconditioning, muscle loss, atrophy etc..

He is ready for more than flexi stretch, I told him to try the matt stretch on back hugging knees, but his back was in spasm, so I gave him heating pad and he walked.  Where should he start?

Joey A.  O.K. I did shoulders and went back to 2x's through as last week Rhomboid /scapula area/ arm /shoulder injury all was so flared up and I did 1x. Do I move up to the next band, I'm still at beginner or do I run through them 3x's first?

I don't know who needs to hear this but maybe it's just me. I was so frustrated with my flare ups that slow me down. As I pray for God to meet me in reversing the issues I say a pray for whoever on this platform is downcast as well 🙏. Today I was pain free and I heard Joeys voice say "Trust the Process" I am sold out to this, bumps and all. I feel the strength slowly coming to my body and I have such joy in my heart.

Joey A.  This is amazing, I finally left my need for my laborious visual gym log and realized the calendar actually plays all the videos, I thought it was just a list, it does the work for you! Then I immediately put notes down under video awesome. Thankyou Joey :) Well I'm starting late on the tracking of it all.  I can't go back and put in all I did now.

Moving on: So, Wed I only did chest/back 1x, Thurs I did arms only x, The Rhomboid major another compromised area from past, has been deeper ache since I worked it and I only used 2 lbs when you lifted the bottle in video. It didn't hurt like this doing your videos ever but perhaps sleeping on it triggered it along with shoulder area .

Joey A. Hi Joey, update: On Tuesday 22nd my arm felt a little achy, so I gave it rest as I was dealing with weird hip limp for bit, I walked less. I am now getting back to 10-minute walks 4x's a day with Rocky, 95% gone. Sciatica has been great!

Wednesday 30th I did shoulders only 1x as I noticed the little restriction as how it felt before I did the softwave trt therapy 2 months ago. I was having better range of motion after the therapy, but I just noticed that I feel it when I fasten my bra strap again. Also noticed it when I reached in back of car seat from driver seat and also bearing a little weight on it. Almost like her work didn't last!

or perhaps from taking week off didn't help when distracted with limp, or sleeping on the arm?

The week was lost in family life, husband dental surgery ect.

I fought hard for myself to take my workout today. I did flexi stretch, chest back, shoulders for life. I also notice that when I put the arm behind back and press shoulder down and back that my fingers feel the tenderness of the issue. No pain, other than that when I'm not working out maybe I notice a random ache at a low percent.

Tomorrow Arms is next and 4 walks 10 minutes each with Rocky😊👍

Joey A. Hi Joey, I did the matt session last Tuesday and noticed Friday and Saturday I was limping from my front hip area. I have not noticed these all-other times doing matt. So, I just took small steps not long ones as not to put pressure and limp more, I also walked less. It is still mildly there. Tomorrow I will pick back up and finish abs and do shoulders too. Then Tuesday hopefully I'm due for matt session again

I finally got the doctor notes; I sent by email and should have had for our zoom. You will be able to have snapshot as you glance through the areas to make more sense of my complaints. He gives info on hip sacroiliac hip flexors, back and even more recent arm injury he took notes. I hope this gives insight and help with the location names and notes.

Joey A. Hey Joey, this is my son Joey lol. I am trying to find pictures that shows where he’s at in training. He uses 16 pounds for his dumbbells on upper and lower and he said sometimes up to 20 lbs. As you can tell, he does upper more, but when he does do lower, he will do the typical squat, dead lift, side lung, and lung, for the past two months, he just loves to ride his bike, but I told him best to muscle train so he don’t cycle away to nothing. He has not worked out for a few weeks since he started his first job at Publix part-time. I believe we found you just in time before he was damaged by YouTube. I want to indoctrinate him with your truth before they get him lol. Seeing where he’s at, could you please start his education and training just send me the links and I will write him up a schedule and put it next to mine in the living room wall. I will show him that you picked what he should be starting with and listening and learning too. This way it’s not Mom. Thankyou🫶🏻

Good morning everyone, I just joined and did my first workout yesterday. As I learn this website and rearrange my life to prioritize a daily workout I also wanted to introduce myself. I’m Claudia 56 and when I was in my 20s, I was training but then I married the ministry , didn’t see my body dissolving , Thought I was working out lol and currently now homeschooling S.N. teenagers, injuries and cortisol levels insane. After finding Joey on YouTube, and hearing his truth, I will never not invest in educating in what Joey does. I feel alive again with the new dream and goal as Joey speaks life to us all. I pray I can be an inspiration one day just as many of you are here as I read. Perhaps someone just needs a prayer one day , well, I can do that just give a post! I am just chuckling, knowing that my saggy, granny, menopause, legs and body are going to be Healthy, strong and beautiful alongside of All of you here, let’s go😄👏🙏🙌

Joey A. Hello Joey, this is Claudia I finished a coaching lesson with you Wednesday which was such a blessing to speak with you and get set up without all the guessing.  I just joined :)

I'm ready to get started on my:

*Arm Rehab

*Sciatica TAILBONE ROTATION / hip / achy lower back / core

*Weak Knees you said deconditioning (can give out if run at times) want all leg and glute muscles

*Rounded shoulders posture upper back strengthen

Belly fat

Honestly while these need rehab and strengthening, I desire to engage every muscle for growth.

Hope I did this right lol Thanks for the opportunity to be here!
