I love this, Susan! I can relate but for the reason of teenagers homeschooling in my space. I sometimes stop and come back to a simple workout 3 times, it's difficult. Yes, we can do this! Love the encouragement :) I love what Joey said about body composition, good stuff!

Oh wow, I forgot that, will do. You know I do notice he comes home physically exhausted from marathon painting up and down ladders that’s why he says there’s not much left of him, but I should push him to walk 30 minutes nonetheless correct

Welcome Suzanne! You are in a great place for this. Joey has already retrained My brain already to trust this journey this process this long road ahead for some. Be encouraged 🙏. Did you get to see the welcome video on the main page yet?

This is a great question Theodora, thank you! My 18-year-old started using them for early work hours since his normal workout schedule has been interrupted, so we are trying to figure out the same thing. He has been on them a month or two. His behavior has become so awful. He does eat well but this poison has him very sick in bed for past days. It kills the immune system from fighting off germs and so much more.    I'm so glad you brought this up and grateful that we can find other health building options, thankyou Joey. Can't wait for the info as well to share with a youth group of teens :)

Wow Sarah-Jane awesome and vital to ponder! Thank you for that question, as it was much needed. Over the past weeks it has been demands of homeschooled teenagers, driver's license etc.  distracting my workout time. Then they brought more junk in house which is a no zone for junk, or we stumble and spiral by losing our safe place. Being in a sad state over physical setbacks, I had to pull out the scripture for kids that speaks of not making your brother stumble in temptations. It was parental ministry time. God's words are more effective than mine. So, realizing there is a spiritual battle going on over my family's reaching for health, forging forward with addressing the attacks and being accountable with likeminded people and knowing the boundary for a busy mom to keep promise to herself and being caretaker of home/family. This is a way to stay disciplined for me.

When I saw Joey with his dog, The Lord ministered to me to use Rocky as accountability, my kids no longer have the walk the dog chore, its mine! Rocky will be a part of my discipline through accountability. So as I see that and then your post, well God speaks to us all, do we always listen for Him?
