Joey A. Indeed (last paragraph), the "suffering" in a training session is also of a shorter duration and only physical, compared to the longevity of suffering both mentally and physically over the years as we age, by not addressing it.

Claudia F. This is excellent thank you! A great example of your own awareness.

I guess it's easy for many of us to drop into "Auto Pilot" when we have so many demands on our time.

Awareness is so complimented by slowing down I find......in all aspects of our lives, it allows us the time to breathe and just listen.

Yes, that's a good one! The standing leg sesh is my most demanding also.

It's amazing how just 10 minutes into a session you can suddenly feel more focused and energised than you initially thought and then go on to have a great workout.

Amen to all of the above Joey A. 🙏🙏💪💪🧡

Susan K. Hi Susan, I use the browse facility on my mobile for muscle groups, then if applicable use the save button and add to "favourites". You'll find these then in the "More" menu at the bottom right on a mobile device. Or alternatively choose a complete program over perhaps 5 or 6 days and save it to the same favourites list. You can then access it immediately and get familiar with it over a period. Hope this helps!

Well, it wasn't "action" but definitely posed for at the end!🤣🤣🤣

Joey A. Indeed!🤣

Well, it was nice for a change BUT I actually think the twice weekly different sessions on the 6 day program are more testing. For me, anyway!

Andreina A. If it helps, remember to save the video to your Favourites list, then you can access it easily. I've done this with several of Joeys videos so I can switch it up as I progress.👌

I did Chest and back today also. I substitute it for this one. Joey describes the supersets and rounds clearly at the beginning. Hope this helps.
