Aaaah, got it. thank you for the reply! ok, I'm trying to lose weight and tone.  I currently work out 6 days a week about 25 min with a youtube workout that has been gentle because I was coming off 15yrs of a local bootcamp workout that left my hips in such pain i just couldn't do it anymore.  But I don't see any change in my fitness and now I would like to get back to being more toned and take off some weight.  I started last week with your 5 day program to get introduced to the program.  I can do all of it but will probably stay here a couple of weeks as the leg series can be tough.  I'm 63 and 5ft 6in and weigh 160 right now. I've been 140 lbs for years but as I'm aging things are changing and I get back down on the weight as quickly as I used to. So I'm looking forward to trying the recipes and is there something I can do to organize any of this? There is alot to navigate!  But I feel like i'm in the right place and am looking forward to getting more familiar to everything.

Hi Joey

I just got an email on a spring special but I am a total access member now and wasn’t sure if I had to do anything to sign up for this?

This was the headline:

fwd: #1 BEST "FIT & Fine Forever" Seasonal Special Deal EVER (almost OVER!)

And today is 5/2/26. The only link was to sign up for total access. Did I miss something where in already a member?

Thank you!

Barb

Hi I'm just starting but consider myself in decent flexible shape.  I have just gotten the belly fat and "granny legs" along with the upper arms I'd like to get toned.  I'm 63 and have been exercising since I was 10.  I'm starting with the 5 day workout and have a question about after I complete that.  Do I just keep repeating this 5 day workout for a period of time? Or is there a format of videos I should do targeting the specific areas.  Its a little overwhelming and I'm not sure how to proceed.
