I just got an email on a spring special but I am a total access member now and wasn’t sure if I had to do anything to sign up for this?

This was the headline:

fwd: #1 BEST "FIT & Fine Forever" Seasonal Special Deal EVER (almost OVER!)

And today is 5/2/26. The only link was to sign up for total access. Did I miss something where in already a member?
