No I don’t have the link. I tried to find it but if you could attach it that would be great. Thank you! I have done equipment cakes the Parabody. I’m not sure if I can attach the bands to that or not. How would I use them if I can’t attach them to something?

Joey Atlas, Hi again, Ok so my dessert consists of 2 choc chip cookies, or a piece of leftover cake, but generally cookies.  If we are out we might split a Tiramisu.  When we were getting on track before we were eating a mix of organic coconut flakes with a handful of choc chips and some organic raw almonds or walnuts.  I don't know my body fat% and I don't have the scale. Is there a way to find that number or is the scale a good investment?  I want to lose 20 lbs because I feel great at 140.  But I realize the toning may not calculate to the weight and I just want to get rid of the belly fat and tone my arms and legs.

I’m on a path to reset as I want to tone and lose weight. I have tried to look through the videos to see if there is a breakfast suggestion but I haven’t found one. Unless it’s this elixir. I tend to eat 3 meals a day. I have the shake in the morning and a veggie salad with hummus for lunch and generally a protein and vegetable for dinner. A few snacks in between that are sometimes healthy and sometimes I resort to a belvita pack of cookies. And at night I have dessert. So I’m looking to be more full from my meal so I don’t face the sugar cravings.

Aaaah, got it. thank you for the reply! ok, I'm trying to lose weight and tone.  I currently work out 6 days a week about 25 min with a youtube workout that has been gentle because I was coming off 15yrs of a local bootcamp workout that left my hips in such pain i just couldn't do it anymore.  But I don't see any change in my fitness and now I would like to get back to being more toned and take off some weight.  I started last week with your 5 day program to get introduced to the program.  I can do all of it but will probably stay here a couple of weeks as the leg series can be tough.  I'm 63 and 5ft 6in and weigh 160 right now. I've been 140 lbs for years but as I'm aging things are changing and I get back down on the weight as quickly as I used to. So I'm looking forward to trying the recipes and is there something I can do to organize any of this? There is alot to navigate!  But I feel like i'm in the right place and am looking forward to getting more familiar to everything.

Hi I'm just starting but consider myself in decent flexible shape.  I have just gotten the belly fat and "granny legs" along with the upper arms I'd like to get toned.  I'm 63 and have been exercising since I was 10.  I'm starting with the 5 day workout and have a question about after I complete that.  Do I just keep repeating this 5 day workout for a period of time? Or is there a format of videos I should do targeting the specific areas.  Its a little overwhelming and I'm not sure how to proceed.
