Hi Joey, I always find these 2 sessions (Part 1 and Part 2) very challenging and Iโ€™m just wondering if it should be getting easier, as I have been doing your style of training for well over 4 years. I can never go through it a second time, and I usually have a break before I do part 2. (Iโ€™m absolutely pooped afterwards ๐Ÿคฃ)

I donโ€™t do this session every week as I rotate other lower body sessions as not to get bored with the same session, sometimes it might be 2 or 3 weeks before I do this session again, so whether that has an impact Iโ€™m not sure ๐Ÿค”

I do use ankle weights on the the leg lift and the half circle draw and the outer thigh moves on part 2)

Iโ€™m definitely so much stronger than when I first started which is great so maybe I donโ€™t need to worry ๐Ÿ˜Š

I am just looking for your thoughts please Joey ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi Joey, thank you for your response ๐Ÿ˜Š

I had a feeling it was normal to feel it in the hamstrings, but just wanted to check with you and Iโ€™m glad thatโ€™s itโ€™s fine to vary the position and how far away my heels are from my body ๐Ÿ˜Š

The ab exercises where I feel it on the fronts of my legs (front thighs) is the second and last move in the video;- The one where 1 leg is straight up in the air and the other bent but I feel it in the leg I raise down to the floor and back up, and the other exercise I feel it in is in the last move in this video, where you stretch 1 leg to the floor and back, I feel the work in my abs but also my front thigh that stretches out and back in (so the moving leg on both exercises is where I feel it) I hope that makes sense?

Sending much love back ๐Ÿค—

Hi Joey, I just did this workout twice through, and Iโ€™ve always wondered but didnโ€™t post to ask before, but are you meant to feel the reverse plank in the hamstrings? As I really feel it a lot there when I lift up and hold in that position, (probably more than my back) and I notice that the move feels different depending on how far away my heels are from my body, and Iโ€™m also wondering if itโ€™s ok to vary that position? or does your heels have to be a certain distance away from you?

Also is it normal for your front thighs to ache on the exercises where youโ€™re one knee is bent and kept there? as mine aches

Kind Regards

Louise

Joey Atlas My lower body feels good and like it had a good workout yesterday and I can feel it in my hamstrings but Iโ€™m not aching as much as I thought I would. Thank you for asking Joey ๐Ÿ˜Š

Wow what a challenging workout this one is Joey ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿคช

I did have to pause in between, but I do still find that I have to do that with most of your workouts anyway as they always remain challenging, but I know they work and are so effective ๐Ÿฅฐand I try to use ankle weights where I can on the floor moves too.

I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve hardly done this one before Joey, I donโ€™t know why but I will be incorporating this one more into my LB workouts. Thank you always for creating these and continuing to help and inspire me, sending much love ๐Ÿ˜š๐Ÿฉท

I absolutely love the walk through recipes Joey because you show us exactly what you eat, and I like that you show us exactly what ingredients you use which gives us good ideas on what to use for our own recipes ๐Ÿ˜Š I would love to see more of these and it would be awesome to see more desserts with some of my favourite ingredients like 70% chocolate (or darker) coconut oil, coconut sugar and various nut butters like cashew, peanut or almond ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Thank you for all that you do Joey ๐Ÿ˜

Hi Joey, does Asymmetrical bars mean one is elevated higher than the other?

Hey Joey, I did Total body Toning session level 2 today and I absolutely LOVE it!! I was just curious to know if the last exercise is more cardio or Toning or a mixture of both? I think it might be a mixture of both ๐Ÿ˜Š I could really feel it in my glutes and thigh when pushing back up to standing with the weights
