Joey Atlas I'm eating about 70 grams of protein per day. Since I'm traveling now I've been doing walking, lunges, push ups, etc. keep my heart rate between 70-90% for 30-45 minutes

I've made your apples and cooked pecans. I've made Brussels sprouts, green beans, etc with coconut oil in a pan

Hi Joey,

Thanks for replying! I have replaced breakfast with a scoop of the elixir mixer and 2 scoops of plant protein powder. I'm drinking 1/2 my body weight in oz of water daily. I'm prepping lots of veggies for meals.

I've been walking for cardio this week. What heart rate should I be aiming for? 70% 80-90%?

Hi Joey,
I've started doing NB and other videos through Total access. I love that I don't have to beat myself up working out anymore. I have the stats from my smart scale. I'm going to include them, although it's embarrassing, I'm 58 and it says I'm metabolically 65!
I'm doing 30 minutes of cardio 5x a week (Peleton) and doing your videos. Trying to clean up my diet too. How long should I give myself to get in shape and lose 25 lbs?
